During step one of our two stage process we install the cabling and infrastructure to make all parking spaces EV ready (also known as passive infrastructure).

Once this is complete, individual charge points are added, when a resident is ready to subscribe, with no further disruption to your site or your residents.

There is a simple commissioning process to link the charger to the cloud-based charger-management software and then your resident can start charging and benefitting from reduced off-peak rates.

From the initial site survey a dedicated Success Manager guides you through the process.

Starting with power and site surveys, engagement with your residents, compliance with your obligations under the Landlord and Tenant Act, communications with your power network operator and organisation of the physical works on site we ensure that everything runs according to the agreed plan.

After the infrastructure is installed we handle all the communications with the residents to commission chargers when they are ready to subscribe and we monitor, manage and maintain the chargers throughout their life.

We can install in existing buildings and new-builds so you have a single supplier looking after all your residents' EV charging needs.

Our software platform will give you a single set of reports covering all your buildings so you can see at a glance how the network is performing.

If you add on-site solar or local battery storage our software platform can connect the EV chargers to these systems to maximise the benefits for you and your residents. In the near future as National Grid starts to deploy vehicle-to-grid and vehicle-to-building options we will be ready to enable these services for you and your residents.
